100 WOMEN WHO CARE BROOKLIN

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE 2017

Who we are

We are 100 women from Brooklin and the surrounding area that care about local community causes and who are committed to community service. We gather for just one hour every three months and at each meeting, we hear presentations from several local charities or not-for-profit organizations and choose one to support. Each person writes a $100 cheque (per person or per group) to the selected organization and watch how the group’s collective commitment can turn into a $10,000+ donation. We hold meetings four times a year, so the total commitment from each woman is 4 hours and $400 a year.

Types of Charities we support

Charities must be located in Durham Region and must be a registered not-for-profit or charitable organization eligible to provide tax receipts for donations.  The charity must have had its charitable designation for a minimum of three years to be considered.  All donated funds must be used directly for the cause and no portion can be used for administrative costs or salaries.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Annual Title Sponsorship – 4 events per year $1,500.00

100 Women Who Care Brooklin has no operating budget but we do have operating costs. Becoming a title sponsor your funds will help us maintain our web site and expand our reach through social media and membership drives.
Title Sponsor Benefits:

  • Logo on our home page and sponsorship page and link to your web site for 1 year “Presented by “ mention in all correspondence and social media communication
  • Logo on all printed material
  • Mention of your sponsorship during opening remarks of each meeting
  • Logo to appear on all pages of multi-media presentation at each event
  • Logo on banner displayed at each meeting and all community building events
  • 30 second video provided by your company to announce your sponsorship, to be published on our website as well as our YouTube Channel
  • Vendor table available for promotion of your company at each meeting
  • Opportunity for you to include marketing materials, offers or coupons in member’s meeting packages 4 times per year

Event Sponsors

Help us create a more memorable and polished event by providing some hors d’oeuvre’s to our members and their guests. Hors d’ovevre cost $500 per meeting (approx. cost).
Event Sponsor Benefits:

  • Presentation to members for 5 mins max at sponsored meeting
  • Logo on our sponsorship page and link to your web site for 1 year
  • Mention in all correspondence and social media communication for your sponsored meeting
  • Mention of your sponsorship during opening remarks of meeting
  • Logo to appear on Event Sponsors page of multi-media presentation for your sponsored meeting
  • Opportunity for your signage to appear at the meeting beside the hors d’ oeuvre’s table
  • Opportunity for you to include marketing materials, offer or coupon in members meeting packages for sponsored meeting

Please note: Hors d’ovevre options are selected from Royal Ashburn’s platters options and cost of your selections is paid directly to Royal Ashburn – menu available upon request.

Door Prize Sponsor

  • Door prize sponsors allow you to promote your business to our members
  • Mention in all correspondence and social media communication for your sponsored meeting
  • Mention of your sponsorship during opening remarks of meeting
  • Opportunity for you to include marketing materials, offer or coupon in members meeting packages for sponsored meeting

Business Members Advantage

Do you or your partner have a business that caters to Brooklin clients? Then we would like to help promote your company to our members and our social media network. Giving back in your community helps enrich the community for all of us.

Business Members Listing

  • Business Members Listing on our web site including description of your company and a link to your web site

Vendor tables

  • Vendor tables will be available for promotion of your company at our events
  • 8 tables per event maximum and will be available on a first come first serve basis
  • Successful applicants will be required to be fully set up by 5:45 p.m. and stay fully set up until 9:00 p.m.
  • A 6′ table and chair is provided
  • You will be required to provide your own tablecloth
  • Cost is $35, payable by cheque or email transfer when you receive notice of acceptance to the event
  • Further details will be supplied to successful applicants

Membership offers

Business Showcase Opportunity – Non-Members:

  • 8 max showcase vendor spots are available to non-members after the application date for our members has expired
  • Successful applicants will be required to be fully set up by 5:45 p.m. and stay fully set up until 9:00 p.m.
  • A 6′ table and chair is provided
  • You will be required to provide your own tablecloth
  • Cost is $50, payable by cheque or email transfer when you receive notice of acceptance to the event
  • Further details will be supplied to successful applicants

In-Kind Sponsorships

In-kind donations enable 100 Women Who Care Brooklin, to produce a highly polished meeting and communications experiences and allow us to better promote our cause to the public as well as our members.

In-Kind Sponsor Benefits

  • Corporate Logo to appear on our In-Kind Sponsorship page with link to your company’s web site
  • Logo to appear on Event Sponsors page of multi-media presentation at each meeting
  • Logo to appear on Sponsorship Banner that will appear at all meetings and community building events. Opportunity for you to include marketing materials, offer or coupon in members meeting packages

Types of In-kind sponsors are; Venue, Graphics and Website, Printing, Photography and Videography etc.
